As a child, I always had a book in my hand. It was the stories that drew me. That is still true today, where in addition to words, I'm using photos, video and social media to tell stories. In 2009, I stepped into the world of online journalism and it has been exciting, educational, sometimes exhausting, always interesting. I love the diversity of possibility with online storytelling and am comfortable using video, still photography, social media and good old-fashioned words to produce stories that inform and entertain. There is endless opportunity for innovation today and I embrace that opportunity.
